THERAPY Psychotherapy can be appropriate when we are experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Our aim is to align our thoughts and actions with our beliefs. The role of the counselor in therapy is to help challenge negative thought patterns and provide unbiased support. During the therapeutic process we work to gain perspective on the solution to these challenges. After we identify what is working our focus shifts to making sustainable changes over the long term. COACHING Coaching takes a collaborative approach in directing your efforts toward a designated goal. This style of support can assist in reaching your best personal outcomes by reinforcing self-confidence and creativity in a structured setting. Key areas of focus include: Wellness, personal development, career ambitions, and competitive sports. Having a consistent ally on your path toward success can afford additional accountability for periods in-between goals. NUTRITION Nutrition is a cornerstone of health for all beings. At CPFT, we believe every person has their own unique diet which works best for them. Using a self-deterministic approach we aim to help you identify what good choices work best for you. OUR METHOD IS THIS: 1. Find out what you like to eat. 2. Identify how to keep it tasting good while meeting more of your macrobiotic needs. 3. Build a plan which fits into your schedule for when “perfect” food choices are not available. 4. Create and maintain a metabolism where you can both eat what you like and feel healthy.
